In the NETHERLANDS, it's simply the advocaat we're all used to, made with brandy, vanilla, sugar and a generous amount of egg yolks.
 
Even as far as CUBA, the ingredients comprise egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and white rum.
 
Whereas if you're in the North West of England enjoying a chilled glass of our original version, you'll be sipping a mixture of bourbon, cognac, dark rum, cream, milk, eggs, honey and nutmeg, with dashes of cinnamon to finish.
